Don't Wait For The Perfect Moment, Just Do It

Sorry to write a post that is a little different to the niche of this blog. But I'm hoping you gain something from reading this. Enjoy!

This is what I learned in the course of my life. I usually waited for the best and perfect time, before I wet my feet and dive in my head. However, that would be a big mistake since there's no such thing as perfect moment when starting things you really want.

I used to think that I should learn first and digest all knowledge about domain name before I get one. Getting a domain involves spending few cash out of your pocket. Since it's a business, you need to invest money for it. Besides, a realization about something struck me. If a certain thing came from your own sweat and money, you will love and take an utmost care of it no matter what compare to when others just gave it to you. In this case: having a domain name, you just have to maximize its use by posting more articles and if by chance you monetize it, hoping to earn from blogging/writing to pay for what you spent on.

Right now, I only tried a bought domain redirecting to a free web hosting. We all know that paying for hosting is very expensive compare to just getting a domain. I'm still in a state of whether I should buy a hosting or not since the problem I am foreseeing is the time I will put in when producing articles. No one wants to waste their money for things they're not sure of, but we must be determined and dedicated like other well known bloggers out there through writing articles daily (or three to four times a week). But who knows, if you were in that situation, you have no choice but to write everyday and be consistent in it.
I think the idea is to try it out first and learn something along the way. Free hosting has a dangerous side that you haven't seen right now over paid one. You have no control on what decisions they (free site owners) will make in the future and if for some reason, they decided to take down everything, it's not their obligation (for some) to inform you ahead of time. You will find yourself regretting on things you did because everything went to nothing.

I promise to myself that I will imitate Qasim and some other brave bloggers. I'm going to buy my very first hosting site next year (2014) with new niche in mind. I hope you too should act now without involve too much thinking. Experience is still the best teacher, my friend.

Avoid Sticking To Unproductive People

Actually, this stuff I am about to share can be good or bad. It depends on where you get influence from. If the influence can help you achieve your goals, then that is good and vice versa if it can only lead you to misfortune. Anyway, I would like to put here the paragraph I read somewhere. I hope it makes sense to you. Avoid sticking to people who have hobbies of collecting stuff which are too much expensive. In the end, you'll be like them through the influence or the process.

Earn Real Money From Your Blog

If you want to make money from your blog, be serious about it and treat it as a real business. What I mean about that is don't depend on free stuff only and operate without spending a dime. Purchase a domain name either from these two well-known and trusted domain registrar: godaddy.com or namecheap.com . Consider also the storage or placeholder of your web pages or blog by buying web hosting. It is where you have a complete control over your website or blog including the design and code-behind.

Did You Start Your 52-Week Money Challenge?

Early of this year (January 2017) , I stumbled upon this weird challenge, the 52-week money challenge . The first time I got introduced to it, I became confused because I couldn't understand how it worked. Anyway, the idea of saving money from your salary or business weekly is a good idea but the challenge is you will add the original amount of money to the previous week's money every week.
